Motion filed to dismiss Bala’s bankruptcy case

Saying that former owners Racing Services Inc. Susan Bala lacked the authority to file for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 because their company into bankruptcy, North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem presented a request for the Tribunal to make redundancies in the event of bankruptcy, Bala’s in Delaware.
